We recommend you join our inspector to gain thorough knowledge of the home. Learning about the home you are considering can be enjoyable as well as informative. A complete inspection takes approximately 2-3 hours. We’ll supply a notepad for your comments and questions.

A KIS inspector will visually evaluate all systems and components of the residence. In the course of your inspection you will become familiar with all the working and structural features of the home under consideration. Your inspector will operate and evaluate the home’s accessible plumbing fixtures, lights and receptacles, water heater, built-in appliances and windows and doors. He will inspect the heating and central air conditioning systems as seasonal temperatures allow and evaluate their performance.
